The Mazzer ZM Plus features a minimum retention to allow for single doses. It boasts a digital grind adjustment system which allows the barista to control the distance between the burrs (in microns), so as to ensure that the grind setting is understandable, accurate and repeatable. 20 pre-set grind settings can be saved on the digital display; plus there are 4 pre-programmable buttons to quickly bring up the most popular recipes or dosing times.
