La Spaziale USA warrants that equipment manufactured in Italy is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of manufacture.

  • Warranty coverage lasts 12 months from the date of sale

  • Coverage applies to defective parts only

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (billable customer) and does not transfer to third-party recipients or users

Warranty Service Requirements

  • All warranty work must be submitted and performed by an authorized La Spaziale USA service agent

  • Claims are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of La Spaziale USA

  • If approved, defective parts will be replaced at no charge

Important notes:

  • Warranty covers replacement parts only

  • Labor is not included unless specifically noted on the original La Spaziale equipment invoice

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Parts subject to normal wear and tear

  • Electrical components

  • Equipment or parts not manufactured by La Spaziale

Damage caused by the following is also not covered:

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

  • Improper installation, operation, cleaning, or maintenance

  • Improper machine or grinder adjustments or repairs

  • Shipping damage or accidents

  • Incorrect water pressure

  • Mineral buildup due to lack of proper water treatment

  • Electrical issues such as voltage fluctuations or improper power supply

  • Natural disasters including flood, fire, or earthquakes

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

    • Identification of the defective part(s)
